In Hyderabad, Congress MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy criticized BRS leaders during a press meeting. He opposed their claims that CM Revanth Reddy is working with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
Kiran Kumar Reddy pointed out that more people are becoming aware of alleged issues with the Kaleshwaram project. He mentioned that citizens are actively seeking information online about these concerns.
He noted that the BRS government didn’t object to the Rayalaseema lift irrigation and Pothireddypadu projects. However, the Congress government is taking action on the Godavari-Bankacharla project. He stated that CM Revanth Reddy is ready to approach the Supreme Court if needed. Kiran Kumar Reddy emphasized that they will take legal steps if the Central Government ignores their plans.
Additionally, he accused BRS leaders of misleading the public by stirring regional emotions in Telangana.
