Hyderabad: Bhongir MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy has questioned the role of former irrigation minister T Harish Rao in the BRS party. He pointed out that Harish Rao’s photo was missing from the BRS’s silver jubilee poster and suggested that it might be time for Harish Rao to rethink his place in the party.
Speaking at Gandhi Bhavan on Thursday, Kiran Kumar Reddy accused Harish Rao of one-sided loyalty to BRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao. He responded to Harish Rao’s criticism of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, who was accused of reversing the progress made by the previous government.
Kiran Kumar Reddy pointed to the large debts left behind by the BRS government. He also highlighted several development programs started by the Congress after coming to power. The MP questioned why BRS leaders were still not accepting their defeat in the recent Assembly elections.
