Gadwal: District Collector B.M. Santosh has asked officials to focus on solving problems brought up by people through the Prajavani program. He told them to act quickly and not delay in addressing the complaints.
The Prajavani program took place on Monday at the Collectorate meeting hall. During the event, 37 complaints were received from people across the district. These individuals personally handed over their petitions to the District Collector, asking for help with their problems.
Collector Santosh told the officials to carefully look into each complaint and make sure they are solved as soon as possible. He also said that no application should be left pending without a good reason.
Additional Collectors Lakshmi Narayana and Narsinga Rao, along with officials from different departments, also took part in the program.
