District Collector B.M. Santosh Advocates Eco-Friendly Ganesh Pooja, Encourages Use of Clay Idols to Safeguard Water Bodies

On Saturday, District Collector B.M. Santosh and his wife performed a special pooja to celebrate Vinayaka Chavithi. The event took place at the Integrated District Offices Complex in Gadwal. The ceremony was grand, and the Collector offered prayers for the health and well-being of the people of Jogulamba Gadwal district. He wished for peace and prosperity for everyone.

The Collector also expressed his hope that Lord Vigneshwara, known as the remover of obstacles, would always bless the people of the district.

During the event, the Collector emphasized the importance of using eco-friendly clay Ganesha idols. He explained that this helps prevent pollution in water bodies such as lakes and ponds. He also pointed out that using clay idols is in line with cultural traditions and helps protect the environment.
