    Cybercriminals are increasingly using technology to trick people. Recently, in Nagarkurnool, a fake WhatsApp account was created using the display picture (DP) of District Collector Badavath Santosh.

    Several officials were contacted through this fake account. When Collector Santosh learned about it, he quickly informed the Nagarkurnool district cybercrime officials. The police then began investigating the account and phone number involved.

    The fake account was created with the phone number 94782854487. The Collector advised that if anyone gets messages or calls from this number, they should report it to the police right away.

    Collector Santosh also stressed the importance of being cautious about cybercrimes. He urged the people of Nagarkurnool district to stay alert and report any suspicious activities.
