The Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda MLC by-election will take place on 27th May from 8 am to 4 pm. The District Election Officer, Dr. Priyanka Ala, has announced that all arrangements for the by-election have been completed. Voters are encouraged to vote freely.
Dr. Priyanka Ala mentioned that the Central Election Commission has granted special casual leave to government employees eligible to vote in the constituency. This allows them to participate in the polling on the specified date.
To ensure that voters working in private companies can also vote, Dr. Priyanka Ala asked employers to provide flexibility in working hours. This includes allowing employees to come late to work or adjusting shifts for voting.
The District Collector urged all organizations to cooperate in enabling voters to exercise their right to vote. It is important for all eligible voters to participate in the legislative council by-election on the 27th of May.
