Hyderabad: The Powergrid Southern Region Transmission System-I (SRTS-I) marked the 79th Independence Day with lively celebrations in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. At the SRTS-I Headquarters in Secunderabad, Doman Yadav, the Executive Director, raised the National Flag.
Doman Yadav emphasized that our freedom fighters aimed for more than just liberation from foreign rule.
“They envisioned an India where justice, equal opportunities, and a good life are accessible to all. Our country’s diverse cultures, languages, and religions are its greatest strength. By respecting and understanding one another, we can address challenges and grow collectively.
Let’s use this occasion to reaffirm our dedication to freedom, democracy, and justice. Together, we can create a better, fairer, and more prosperous India—a beacon of hope and progress for everyone,” he stated.
