A fire broke out at Khadgarha bus stand in Ranchi on Thursday, damaging nine buses. The incident happened around 12 p.m. First, five buses caught fire and later four more were affected. Fortunately, there were no casualties reported. The fire started suddenly and quickly spread to other vehicles despite local’s efforts to put it out. Firefighters arrived at the scene but by then all the buses were completely destroyed. The cause of the fire is still unknown, but it is suspected to be a result of a short-circuit.
