Warangal and Hanmakonda experienced over 200mm of rainfall overnight, leading to severe flooding. Many areas are submerged, and some roads are impassable. Water has entered several low-lying regions, creating challenging conditions.
The sudden downpour triggered flash floods, trapping residents in certain parts. As a result, movement is restricted, and some people cannot leave their homes.
Authorities are on high alert. Rescue teams are actively working to assist those affected. Residents are advised to stay indoors and avoid flooded areas until conditions improve.
