Nagar Kurnool: Former Lions Club Governor Radhakrishna stressed the importance of meaningful community service for genuine recognition. He encouraged organizations to understand and meet the real needs of people.
A water purifier plant was launched at Sri Jnana Saraswathi Temple in Nagarkurnool, costing ₹1 lakh. The Lions Club funded this initiative. The temple, located on the road to Srisailam, also runs a child welfare home and a free meal program for orphans. To support these activities with clean water, President Dodla Radha Reddy and past presidents raised funds from club members to install the plant.
Radhakrishna praised this project, highlighting that it marked the end of Radha Reddy’s presidency on June 30. The temple authorities honored Radha Reddy for his leadership and commitment to this beneficial project.
The club also recognized the donors who contributed financially.
