Khammam: Nama Nageswara Rao, a former leader of the BRS Lok Sabha party and ex-MP of Khammam, spoke out on Saturday against the arrest of Huzurabad MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy. He labeled the arrest as unlawful, highlighting Reddy’s dedication to public service.
Nama argued that there is an effort to silence public advocates by fabricating cases and arresting those who stand up for the people.
He believes that the public will respond appropriately to such actions in due time.
Nama called for the immediate release of Padi Kaushik and for all charges against him to be dropped.
He emphasized that the BRS party remains undeterred by these tactics and will continue its fight to uphold democracy.
