Former MP and BSP candidate Manda Jagannatham’s nomination was rejected in the Nagar Kurnool parliamentary constituency during the scrutiny process. The officials found that he mentioned the BSP candidate in his nomination but did not submit the required B Form. The BSP B Form was already allotted to another person named Yusuf.

In order to contest as an independent candidate, at least 10 voters need to nominate someone. However, only five people proposed Manda’s nomination, causing him to lose the opportunity to run as an independent candidate.

Despite recently joining the BSP and announcing his intention to contest, Manda Jagannatham, with his extensive political experience, was ultimately rejected for nomination.
