The US-based commercial real estate giant, ranked as the country’s second-largest firm in the sector, has leased 1,21,000 square feet of office space at Prestige Skytech in the Financial District.
This move marks a significant milestone for Hyderabad’s commercial real estate landscape. JLL becomes the second major CRE giant to set up operations in the city, following CBRE, which holds the number one position globally in the commercial real estate sector.
The decision by JLL Global Services reflects the growing confidence of international corporations in Hyderabad’s business ecosystem. The Financial District area has emerged as a prime location for multinational companies seeking to establish their Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
Hyderabad’s GCC sector has witnessed remarkable growth in 2025. The city has successfully attracted 81 GCCs this year alone, demonstrating its appeal to global enterprises across various industries.
What makes this growth even more impressive is the quality of companies choosing Hyderabad. Out of the 81 GCCs established in the city, 34 are Fortune 500 companies, underscoring the city’s ability to attract top-tier global corporations.
