Franklin Templeton has submitted a request to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the registration of a Solana Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF). The company recently created the Franklin Solana Trust in Delaware. By applying for an ETF based on Solana, Franklin Templeton joins other firms like Grayscale, Bitwise, and VanEck in seeking approval for investment products related to Solana. This demonstrates the increasing interest from institutional investors in both Solana and the Solana network.
