    On Sunday, Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan emphasized the importance of prioritizing women’s health to build a healthy society. She expressed concern that women’s health often gets neglected due to various reasons. Therefore, it is vital to promote better healthcare facilities for women regardless of their economic capabilities.

    The Governor was speaking at the inaugural of the “Women’s Health Conclave 2023” organized by KIMS Cuddles in Hyderabad. She pointed out that more than fifty percent of women suffer from malnutrition due to various reasons, leading to high incidence of anemia among women and girls in the country. Therefore, women should take responsibility for their health by raising awareness, and family members and society should support them in accessing and maintaining good health.

    During the conclave, the Governor answered several questions related to work-life balance, stress management, and health issues among girls and women. She encouraged participants to enjoy their responsibilities at the workplace instead of treating them as stressful obligations. According to her, when you love your work, there is no question of feeling stressed.

    In conclusion, the Governor urged all stakeholders to work together to promote better healthcare facilities for women to build a healthy nation.
