    Gadwal: A young boy in need has found new hope through the kindness of Dr. S.A. Sampath Kumar, former MLA and AICC Secretary, and his daughter, Dr. Pranaya Deepika, an ENT specialist.

    Badrinath, from Dharmavaram village in the Alampur constituency, was born unable to hear, which also affected his ability to speak. His family, including his father Kummari Ramudu, struggled with this challenge daily.

    When Dr. Sampath Kumar learned about Badrinath’s condition, he acted quickly. He contacted his daughter, Dr. Pranaya Deepika, for her medical expertise.

    Moved by the situation, Dr. Pranaya Deepika suggested advanced treatment at an ENT hospital in Koti, Hyderabad. She recommended hearing aids to help Badrinath. Knowing the family’s financial struggles, Dr. Sampath Kumar took action.

    He used his resources to secure a Letter of Credit (LOC) worth ₹8,00,000 from the government to cover the costs of Badrinath’s treatment, especially the hearing devices.

    In a small gathering, Dr. Sampath Kumar, Dr. Pranaya Deepika, Youth Congress State Vice-President Deepak Prajna, and leader Madhu Naidu presented the LOC to Badrinath’s family.

    This act of compassion has given Badrinath and his family renewed hope. The local community praised Dr. Pranaya Deepika for her medical efforts and Dr. Sampath Kumar for his dedication to helping those in need.

    This story highlights how caring leadership and timely medical help can change lives, offering not just healthcare but the promise of a brighter future.
