Chief Minister Hemant Soren of Ranchi has filed a petition in the Jharkhand high court. The petition is challenging the summons issued to him by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a case of alleged money laundering. Previously, the Supreme Court had rejected Soren’s plea against the ED’s summons. However, the court granted him the liberty to seek relief from the Jharkhand high court.
