The Principal Secretary to the Government of Telangana, A Vani Prasad, organized a training program on plastic ban and waste management. The event took place at the Environment Protection Training & Research Institute (EPTRI) in Gachibowli. The program covered topics such as single-use plastic ban and Construction and Demolition of Waste Management (CDWM) treatment.
Arvind Kumar, the Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) Special Chief Secretary, attended the event. Other attendees included Shamshabad Municipal Commissioner Bogeshwarlu, Sanitary inspector B Laxmaiah, and Environmental Engineer P Anil Kumar.
