The department has seen a big increase in the number of daily property registrations, but there is a shortage of technical personnel to help. Most of the staff is outsourced, which means there are only a few officials to complete all the necessary procedures. There are also issues with the servers malfunctioning due to the high volume of paperwork being downloaded and uploaded. It takes 30 minutes or more to fix these problems and restart the registration process.
Although some registration offices in the districts are running smoothly because they have been upgraded with technology and have fewer registrations, there needs to be more advanced technological decisions made to ensure a quick process for property registrations in Hyderabad.
