The Chief Secretary of Telangana State, Santhi Kumari, has asked all department leaders to create documentaries about the state government’s accomplishments using facts and figures. These documentaries will be shown in cinemas and on TVs during the 21-day Telangana Formation Day celebrations that start on June 2.
Kumari spoke to top officials at a coordination meeting about the plans for the 10th Telangana Formation Day celebrations. She encouraged officials to highlight each department’s achievements over the past nine years since the state’s formation and to make the celebrations grand.
Monuments and buildings will be illuminated every day, and events will occur at the district, constituency, and mandal levels. Subcommittees were created to ensure the smooth running of the 21-day celebrations.
