Hyderabad is gaining international attention, according to Union Minister G Kishan Reddy. He spoke at a property show in HITEX on Sunday.
Reddy called the event a “valuable platform” for middle-class families and young people who dream of owning a home. He believes this expo can help them achieve that goal.
During the event, Reddy presented awards to notable builders for their contributions to real estate. He highlighted the importance of such expos in educating people about property investments and making wise choices. He also wished everyone a happy Diwali, hoping for joy and prosperity.
Hyderabad is rapidly developing into a “global hub,” Reddy noted, with strong growth in sectors like defense production, IT, pharmaceuticals, and real estate. He mentioned that some people in Delhi compare Hyderabad’s transformation to Singapore.
The Central government supports major infrastructure projects in the area. Reddy confirmed plans for expanding the Metro Rail and progress on the Regional Ring Road and Rail Ring Road projects. These developments aim to boost Hyderabad’s growth, especially since half of the state’s population lives within the ring region.
Reddy foresees a boom in real estate, stating, “The sky is the limit for Hyderabad’s growth.” He shared updates on renovating Secunderabad Railway Station and over 40 other railway stations in Telangana to improve connectivity. He concluded by saying Hyderabad is becoming a welcoming city for people from all backgrounds.
