In the Gadwal Assembly constituency, 3,500 houses have been approved, with 830 allocated to Dharur Mandal in the first phase. The construction process is fully digital. Land verification for beneficiaries is done using Google Maps, photos, and official records.

Construction stages are tracked via government apps. Once the basement is done, beneficiaries receive up to ₹5 lakh in their bank accounts in phases. He urged beneficiaries to complete construction within six months and mentioned that the second phase will be announced soon.

    • Gadwal Market Yard Chairman Nalla Hanumanthu,
    • Local representatives,
    • Many beneficiaries,
    • General public and district officials.

The gathering showcased the government’s commitment to rural development, housing for the needy, and transparent social welfare.
