Telangana BJP chief and Union Minister G Kishan Reddy has emphasized the need for seeking legal opinion on absorbing RTC employees into government service. He expressed his views in response to the state government bill on the matter. Reddy accused CM KCR’s family of having ulterior motives, claiming that they are eyeing the RTC’s vast land holdings for sale. He also questioned KCR’s sudden change of heart regarding the merger of RTC, as he had previously stated it was not possible.

Reddy assured that the BJP would fully support the absorption of RTC workers as government employees. However, he criticized the KCR government for playing politics with the issue and urged caution among RTC workers.
