    Hyderabad: KT Rama Rao, the Municipal Administration Minister, challenged the opposition parties BJP and Congress to prove corruption in the leasing of the outer ring road (ORR) in Telangana. He stated that if they could do so, he would resign as the Minister and not participate in any future elections. The Minister made these comments during a discussion on government measures for infrastructure and development in the State. He also displayed photographs to showcase the progress in villages and towns.
