KT Rama Rao predicts a major political shift in Telangana following the upcoming Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency byelection. The Bharat Rashtra Samithi working president declared that November 14 will bring a “Tsunami” as voters reject the Congress party.
The crucial byelection takes place on November 11, with vote counting scheduled for November 14. This contest could reshape the political landscape in the state.
During a campaign roadshow in Erragadda, KTR claimed that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s administration will lose public trust after the Congress faces defeat in this byelection. He believes this loss will mark the beginning of the government’s downfall.
The BRS leader urged voters to send a strong message against the current state government. He argued that a decisive victory would force the Chief Minister to honor the promises made during previous Assembly elections that benefit four crore people across Telangana.
KTR accused Revanth Reddy’s government of betraying voters by failing to deliver on campaign commitments. He emphasized that Jubilee Hills residents now have the power to compel the administration to fulfill its pledges by voting against the Congress candidate.
The BRS working president highlighted numerous broken promises, particularly those affecting minority communities. He stated that the government has not implemented a single commitment made to these groups.
KTR contrasted this with the previous BRS administration’s achievements. He pointed to quality education provided to underprivileged minority students through residential schools and the annual distribution of Ramzan gifts as examples of effective governance.
The political leader also alleged that Congress has been pressuring BRS members to stay quiet until the November 11 voting concludes. He warned that Revanth Reddy would damage the Assembly constituency just as he has harmed the entire state.
Economic concerns dominated KTR’s criticism of the current government. He blamed poor administration over the past two years for the real estate sector’s collapse and declining economic growth rates in Telangana.
The BRS leader framed the contest as a battle between progress and destruction, using the metaphor of “car versus bulldozer.” He promised that his party would champion the rights of all community sections if victorious.
KTR issued a final warning about HYDRAA, suggesting that supporting Congress would lead to widespread house demolitions under Revanth Reddy’s leadership. This threat aimed to mobilize voters against the ruling party in the crucial byelection.
