KT Rama Rao, the IT Minister and BRS working president, filed his nominations at the RDO office in Sircilla, Hyderabad. He was accompanied by several party leaders during the filing of nomination.
Earlier in the day, K Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana and BRS chief, filed his nomination in Gajwel. He submitted his nomination papers to the Election Returning Officer, with many BRS leaders participating in the program. This is KCR’s third time contesting from Gajwel. He traveled from his farm house in Erravalli to Gajwel in a helicopter.
After filing his nomination, KCR left for Kamareddy from Gajwel, where nominations will be made before 2 pm. Later, he will address a large public meeting organized there. It is known that KCR is contesting from both Gajwel and Kamareddy in this election.
