In Hyderabad, KT Rama Rao, the working president of the BRS, firmly responded to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s remarks made in New Delhi. Reddy had accused Rama Rao of drug involvement. Rama Rao threatened legal action and demanded proof of these allegations.
Rama Rao criticized Reddy for making baseless claims during media interactions. He stated that Reddy’s comments have crossed all limits of decency. Rama Rao asked Reddy directly, “What evidence do you have for claiming I am involved in drug cases? Is there any proof or registered case?” He challenged Reddy to present evidence or admit to spreading false narratives.
In New Delhi, Reddy claimed that Rama Rao’s friend Kedar allegedly used drugs and died, citing forensic evidence. He also accused Rama Rao of being involved with drugs.
Rama Rao addressed Reddy, accusing him of hiding and making defamatory statements to avoid legal consequences. Rama Rao vowed to take Reddy to court for his slanderous remarks, demanding an apology or facing legal repercussions.
