Despite efforts by election authorities, public representatives, candidates, and community leaders to raise awareness, people did not show up to vote.

Abdul Samad, a voter from Ramnasthpura in Bahadurpura, went to cast his vote with his wife around 11:45 am. Due to the low turnout, they were able to complete the process in less than five minutes. According to Abdul Samad, there were only six or seven people at the Govt school polling station, making the voting process quick and easy.
