BJP Legislature Party Leader Eleti Maheshwar Reddy celebrated Telangana Liberation Day by raising the National Flag at his residence in Nirmal.
During the event, tributes were paid to the martyrs who fought against the oppressive rule of the Nizam.
Reddy criticized the state government, accusing it of disrespecting the people of Telangana by not officially recognizing September 17 as Liberation Day.
Several district BJP leaders, public representatives, activists, and others took part in the program.
