Mulugu: The Praja Palana Dinotsavam celebrations took place at the Collectorate on Tuesday. The district administration made detailed arrangements for the event.
Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Minister, Dhanasari Anasuya Seethakka, attended as the chief guest. She unfurled the national flag and received a salute from the police. Afterward, the Minister congratulated the gathered officials and dignitaries.
During her speech, Minister Seethakka spoke about the significance of September 17 and the importance of Praja Palana Day, highlighting the value of the occasion.
Several important figures attended the event, including District Collector Divakar TS, SP Shabharish, Additional Collector Revenue CH Mahender G, and Additional Collector Local Organisations Incharge Sampat Rao. RDO Satyapal Reddy, village dignitaries, officials from various departments, staff, and students also participated.
