Nirmal: Mudhole MLA Pawar Rama Rao Patel said that people living in villages should not have any trouble getting drinking water during the summer.
He held a review meeting with government officials at his home in Bhainsa. The meeting focused on the drinking water problems faced by people in rural areas.
In particular, residents of Marumula village are struggling with a serious shortage of drinking water because the groundwater levels have dropped sharply.
The MLA suggested digging new bore wells or supplying water through tankers if needed.
He asked officials to find out which villages are facing water problems and to take steps to fix them. He also instructed them to repair the Mission Bhagiratha pipeline and stop any leakages.
He added that the government will quickly release funds and take action to resolve the issue.
