    Nirmal, Telangana – Local MLA Pawar Ramarao Patel announced plans to set up a new Postgraduate (PG) College in Bhainsa town soon, aiming to improve higher education access in the region.

    He shared this update on Monday during a poster launch event promoting admissions at Gopal Rao Patel Government Degree College and Mudhol Government Degree College. The event took place at the MLA’s residence in Bhainsa.

    Patel praised the efforts of government school teachers who are actively encouraging students to join government colleges instead of choosing private institutions. He emphasized the importance of promoting public education.

    During the event, Patel revealed that ₹5 crore has been approved under the Central USHA scheme to enhance infrastructure and facilities at Gopal Rao Patel Government Degree College.

    College principal Butchaiah and faculty members expressed their appreciation for the government’s focus on improving the education sector. They highlighted various facilities available at the college, such as a digital library and highly qualified staff, including professors with PhDs and MPhil degrees.

    The principal urged students to take advantage of these resources and apply for degree courses online through the DOST portal. He encouraged parents and students to consider government colleges as a reliable and quality option for higher studies.
