Hyderabad: The Telangana Integrated Common Entrance Test (TG ICET-2025) results have been released by Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) and the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE). A total of 90.83% of the candidates passed the exam.
The announcement was made by TGCHE Chairman Prof V Balakista Reddy, Vice-Chairmen I and II, and Professor Aluvala Ravi, the TG ICET-2025 Convenor, along with other officials on Monday. MGU, Nalgonda conducted the online test from June 8 to June 9, overseen by TSCHE. This exam is for the 2025-26 academic year admissions into MBA and MCA programs in Telangana.
A total of 71,746 candidates registered, with 64,938 sitting for the exam. Out of these, 58,985 passed, resulting in a 90.83% pass rate. The gender distribution showed 71,746 males, 34,412 females, and one transgender person took the test. Among those who passed, 27,998 were males, 30,986 were females, and one was transgender.
To rank in TG ICET, candidates must score at least 25% of the total marks, except for Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST), who have no minimum requirement.
Successful candidates can download their rank cards from https://icet.tgche.ac.in, as stated by Professor Ravi.
