The Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will meet in Hyderabad on July 6 to discuss ongoing issues stemming from the AP State Reorganisation Act 2014. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu recently reached out to Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, emphasizing the importance of resolving these matters for the benefit of both states.
Naidu highlighted the significance of addressing these issues amicably and diligently, considering the impact on the welfare and progress of both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He proposed a face-to-face meeting at Revanth’s place on July 6, with the aim of collaboratively finding mutually beneficial solutions. The Telangana Chief Minister’s office has confirmed receipt of Naidu’s letter.
In his correspondence, Naidu commended Revanth for his leadership in Telangana, acknowledging the positive contributions to the state’s development. He emphasized the need for close collaboration between the two Telugu-speaking states to ensure continuous progress and prosperity. Naidu stressed the shared commitment to cooperative development as essential for achieving common goals of growth and well-being.
