There is only one major exit at Nanal Nagar junction for travelers from Suncity, Moinabad, and Narsingi, which is unable to cope with the heavy traffic.
The congestion is not limited to peak hours; it persists from 8 AM to midnight. Public transportation, such as autos, are refusing to enter Nanal Nagar due to the constant high traffic.
