Ms. Sharani Ponguru, Director of Narayana Educational Institutions, commented on the achievements saying these accomplishments reflect the discipline, resilience, and determination students bring to their pursuits. She noted that Purnitaa’s medal haul in skating and Thejhaswin’s gold-winning performance in mixed martial arts serve as examples of what young students can achieve with focus and perseverance. Both students pursued their championship preparations independently while receiving academic support from their schools to maintain continuity in their studies during training and competition periods.

The institution, with 47 years in the education sector, continues to support students in both academic and non-academic pursuits. The recent sporting achievements add to the school’s record of students participating in various competitions beyond classroom learning. Both medal winners balanced their sporting commitments with their regular academic schedules, with the school providing necessary support to ensure their studies continued alongside their championship preparations and participation.
