    Osmania University Warns Against Property Encroachment

    Hyderabad: Osmania University has issued a strong warning against any attempts to encroach on its property or damage its assets. Professor G. Naresh Reddy, the Registrar of the university, announced on Wednesday that strict legal action will be taken against those involved in such activities.

    The Registrar condemned the recent demolition of a portion of the university’s compound wall at Habsiguda. He described the incident as unacceptable and assured that immediate steps are being taken to rebuild the collapsed wall. The university is committed to ensuring the security of its boundaries.

    During a site inspection at the damaged location, university officials decided to strengthen surveillance and security in the surrounding areas. These include Tarnaka, Habsiguda, and Ramanthapur.

    The university’s security department has been directed to increase patrolling in these areas. Officials will also closely monitor any suspicious activity and provide regular updates about developments involving private individuals near the campus.
