    In Vijayawada, the TDP, BJP, and JSP have teamed up for the upcoming elections. However, selecting candidates and uniting all party members is proving to be a challenge. There is mistrust among the parties, with some suspecting the TDP of supporting independent candidates to harm the alliance.

    The BJP feels disadvantaged as the TDP has already announced candidates in seats they were expecting to contest. This has caused tension within the alliance. The parties seem to lack chemistry and are struggling to work together effectively.

    The JSP is also facing challenges in finalizing candidates for some constituencies. There is competition within the party for tickets, leading to disagreements and conflicts among members. The delay in naming candidates is causing frustration among BJP cadres.

    In ten constituencies where the TDP has given seats to the BJP, historical voting data shows mixed results. Some seats have not been won by the TDP for several years, raising concerns about the alliance’s chances in those areas.
