Mahabubnagar: Large rallies were held across the Palamuru region on Saturday to celebrate Hanuman Jayanti. To maintain law and order during these events, police officials in Mahabubnagar and nearby districts were instructed to stay alert, especially in sensitive areas. Superintendents of Police (SPs) from all five districts were told to take strict action against anyone causing trouble or disturbing the public.
Jogulamba Zone-7 DIG, L.S. Chauhan, and Mahabubnagar SP, D. Janaki, visited Mahabubnagar town to check the security arrangements for the rally. The police are making sure that surveillance is in place using CCTV cameras at important spots.
DIG Chauhan said that all departments are working together to ensure the rally goes smoothly. He also stressed the importance of public cooperation and said police forces have been deployed throughout the areas where the rally will pass. He warned that anyone trying to cause problems will face strict action.
To help the rally move smoothly and avoid traffic jams, roads have been diverted in advance. Emergency response teams have also been placed along the rally route to handle any sudden incidents or medical emergencies.
