Priyanka Gandhi, the AICC general secretary, has accused the BJP and BRS of becoming wealthy by misusing public funds. During a public meeting in Zaheerabad, she questioned how these parties managed to accumulate such vast amounts of money in just 10 years. Priyanka alleged that they did not earn the money through hard work but by diverting funds that were meant for the welfare of farmers, women, and youth.

According to Priyanka, the current government has failed to provide any benefits to women and youth. She highlighted the widespread unemployment and the issue of leaked exam papers, which have demoralized the youth. She also claimed that corruption has infiltrated every aspect of the government, from major projects to small businesses, resulting in the misappropriation of thousands of crores of public money.

Expressing her concerns about Telangana, Priyanka stated that the state, which has a history of hard work and sacrifice during the statehood movement, now only benefits one family. She pointed out that Chief Minister KCR and his family hold all the important positions and enjoy luxurious houses and ministries while the people are left wanting.

Priyanka further criticized the government by highlighting that it operates from a farmhouse, which she believes is unusual for a state government. She urged the people to consider the type of government they want – one plagued by corruption or one that genuinely works for the welfare of its citizens.
