Hyderabad: Gummi Ram Reddy, the Chairman and Managing Director of Ark Group, a well-known real estate and construction company based in Hyderabad, has been selected as the president-elect of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (Credai National) for the term 2025-2027.
He officially took on the role during a special event held in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. At the same event, Shekhar G Patel, Managing Director of Ganesh Housing Corporation from Ahmedabad, became the new national president of Credai for 2025-2027. After Patel’s term, Ram Reddy will take over as the national president in 2027.
Ram Reddy has previously held key positions in Credai National, serving as vice-president and secretary. He also led Credai Telangana as both president and chairman.
The event was attended by several representatives from Hyderabad, including C Shekar Reddy, a former president of Credai National, and V Rajasekhar Reddy, current president of Credai Hyderabad.
Credai, which was established in 1999, is a major organization in the Indian real estate sector. It represents more than 13,000 real estate developers across 230 city chapters in 21 states.
