Gadwal:
Responding to a news article about potential flooding in a village during the monsoon season, RDO Rama Chandar visited Chinnonipalli reservoir. He was joined by Irrigation EE Rahimuddin, JE Upendra, MRO, ASI, and contractor Sunil to address the issues at the reservoir. They promised to dig a canal to redirect water and prevent houses from getting submerged. They also checked the RR centre for any facility shortages and spoke with villagers about their concerns.

The villagers mentioned that flood victims of the Mallanna Sagar project in Thoguta mandal received a compensation package of Rs 12,54,000 and asked for similar compensation. The RDO agreed to look into their request.
