The notice asks for an apology within 48 hours for public statements he made about the Outer Ring Road (ORR) lease. The notice also asks him to stop making similar comments. The HMDA says that the monetization of the ORR through the Toll-Operate-Transfer model was fair and transparent. IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited won the bid. They have not received any requests for an extension of time from the concessionaire, and no extension has been granted.
