PCC chief Revanth Reddy blamed the State government for the Group-1 exam fiasco in Hyderabad. He showed support for the calls to block highways in Telangana as a way to support the unemployed youth.

During a round table conference on the demand for TSPSC revamp, Revanth backed the idea of blocking highways in protest against Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s apathetic attitude towards the Group-1 issue. He announced that he would be taking responsibility for the highway blockade in Mahbubnagar district along with former MLA S A Sampath Kumar. Revanth emphasized that these protests will put pressure on KCR to respond to the issue. He stated that under the leadership of Kodandaram, they will continue the struggle for Telangana to find a permanent solution.
