Kothagudem: The Singareni Collieries Company Limited plans to promote 356 employees from the NCDBWA (Non-Category Direct Board Workers Association). These promotions fall under the Cadre Scheme.
Eligible workers will receive their promotion certificates on September 1. This distribution will occur across various company sites without any delays. N Balram, the Chairman & Managing Director, and Gowtham Potru, the Director of Personnel & Administration, have emphasized timely action. Kavitha Naidu, the General Manager of Personnel, IR & PM, highlighted that this move supports the company’s commitment to employee career growth and well-being.
There are three ways employees will receive promotions. First, they can move up by filling current vacancies. Second, the Service-Linked Promotions (SLP) method will promote workers based on their years of service and job performance. Lastly, the Cadre Scheme provides a structured path for employees to advance within the company.
