SCR promptly responds to ensure smooth travel for all passengers with reservations on Secunderabad – Vande Bharat Express.

A technical problem occurred on the Visakhapatnam – Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express, causing the regular train service to be unable to run. The South Central Railway quickly replaced the Vande Bharat rake with a conventional rake to accommodate the passengers. The passengers were notified of the change and given the option to board the special train with normal fare or cancel their tickets. Most passengers chose to travel on the special train. The special train had the same stops as the Vande Bharat Express and had additional staff to assist the passengers. Catering arrangements were also provided. The General Manager of South Central Railway commended the railway team for their prompt action in meeting the travel needs of the passengers.
