Shamshabad airport arrests two individuals involved in illegal gold smuggling

Customs officials at Shamshabad airport in Rangareddy have seized illegal gold from an Indigo flight arriving from Dubai to Hyderabad. The gold, weighing 933 grams and valued at Rs 56.63 lakh, was found during routine checks. The person carrying the gold and an airport employee involved in the smuggling were arrested. They are currently in police custody and a case has been registered.
