Sharmila makes a visit to Delhi, plans to meet with Rahul Gandhi and Kharge

Hyderabad: Sharmila, the chief of YSR Telangana Party, is set to join the Congress party in the coming days. In preparation for this, Sharmila traveled from Bengaluru to Delhi. She is expected to meet with Congress president Mallikarjuna Kharge and party leader Rahul Gandhi.

During these meetings, it is likely that Sharmila will discuss the merging of YSRTP into the Congress party. Sources suggest that she is ready to join the party without any conditions and may do so in the presence of key leader Sonia Gandhi this week. There are rumors that Sharmila will also be contesting from Paleru.
