Priyanka Gandhi, a leader of the All India Congress Committee, will be visiting Telangana soon to participate in party events. The president of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee, A Revanth Reddy, announced this while inaugurating the Rajiv Gandhi Online Quiz Competition. The final round of the quiz will be held on June 2, and Priyanka will be presenting awards to the winners.
Reddy praised Rahul Sipliganj, an Oscar award-winning singer from Telangana, for bringing recognition to the state. He criticized the state government for not acknowledging Rahul’s achievements. Priyanka will attend the prize-giving ceremony and honor Rahul on behalf of the party with a cash prize of Rs. 10 lakh. If the Congress comes to power, they plan to present Rahul with a cash prize of Rs. 1 crore.
