The College of Air Warfare (CAW) in Secunderabad recently organized the 38th Senior Officers’ Study Period (SOSP). The event took place from August 21 to September 01 and concluded on Friday.
The SOSP was attended by 21 officers of the rank of Air Commodore and equivalent from the three services. The main goal of this strategic level interactive program was to increase awareness of global and regional security issues and promote integration among the three services.
During the study period, participants had the opportunity to listen to several speakers of national and international repute. These speakers included retired senior officers from the three services and experts from various fields. They addressed the participants on diverse topics.
On the final day, Air Marshal SK Indoria, Senior Air Staff Officer Training Command, IAF, presided over the valedictory function of the SOSP. This program provided a valuable platform for scholarly interaction and allowed participants to gain fresh insight into contemporary issues of geo-political and military significance.
